Exchanges
Items purchased on the site can be exchanged up to 21 days from the day of receipt of the item, by return mail or upon arrival at our studio in Evan Yehuda, provided they have not been used and against receipt.
After we receive the jewelry, the other jewelry you selected will be sent to you, by registered mail or with a courier, with an additional payment for the shipping/the difference for the jewelry
Items purchased on sale or in the sale category can be exchanged within two weeks of receipt.

Returns
Items can be returned for a credit on the site or a refund up to 14 days from the day of receiving the item, by return mail or in our studio, provided that they have not been used, that there has been no defect/damage and against receipt in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law.

Items purchased on sale or in the sale category can be returned up to a week from the day of receipt.
No credit or refund will be given for shipping fees.
Custom made jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.

along with the invoice and a note with contact details so that we can contact you.
For a product purchased on sale and/or on sale, an exchange option will be given according to the amount paid for the item at the time of purchase and as shown on the transaction invoice and not the full price value of the product.
In case of cancellation of a transaction after the product has been sent to the customer, a full monetary credit will be given for the purchased item minus the shipping fee (registered mail/express/courier). The credit will be made only after receiving the shipment and inspecting it. The credit will be given on the condition that the product is returned without use and/or defect and/or damage. If the product was returned other than as stated in this section, the customer will not be credited (neither a monetary credit nor a credit voucher). It will be clarified that Mittal Bar-Noy has the sole discretion regarding the condition of the returned product.
Any credit will be transferred to the credit card on which the order was made only, and in accordance with the schedules of the credit card company or the PAYPAL company. Upon cancellation of the transaction, the payment method provided by the user will be credited minus a cancellation fee of 5% of the value of the transaction.
We make the most of the efforts and tests to get the jewelry out in perfect condition. At the same time, we understand that a situation can happen where a product will be sent to you with a manufacturing defect. In this case, the customer will send us the product at his own expense by registered mail, and we will credit him for the shipment.
